You can login to control panel by typing the following URL: http://cpanel.yourdomain.com.

You should have your domain already registered. Choose option “I will use my existing domain…” in Purchase Order and continue with choosing your hosting program. After finishing the order, change the nameservers for your domain as follows:
NS1: ns1.centralhost.eu
NS2: ns2.centralhost.eu
NS3: dnsauth10.us.ltthosting.com
NS4: dnsauth0.sg.ltthosting.com
After changing the nameservers your domain will be active and hosted with your new Central web hosting package.
When you transfer your domain, it would be useful to check how your website will look like when you change the name servers. With each hosting package you will receive temporary URL address where you can see the result of your website. However not all the parts can be fully working untill you will change the nameservers.
Yes, we do. You can set-up protected directories by using of .htaccess file or by using the Password Protect Directories Tool in control panel.
Since our servers are Linux-based, we do not currently support ASP, .Net or MS-Access.
Since passwords are encrypted on the server, it is effectively impossible for us to find out what they are. However, passwords for any email accounts can be reset in your Control Panel.
Since our servers use Linux, the filesystem is case-sensitive. Therefore, unlike in Windows, any references to images, directories, scripts etc, must be in the same case as the actual files on the server. i.e. you can’t refer to an image called abc.JPG as abc.jpg.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your webhosting package at any time without any extra charges. We do not refund the difference for downgrades. If you will not finish your biannual contract, all prices will be counted as for annual contract. We can prepare an offer for you individually.
Yes, you certainly can! After you sign up with us, all you have to do is update your domain’s name servers to point to our name servers (the details for our name_servers will be sent out once you sign up). This can be done either by yourself or via the company from which you purchased your domain name. The transition typically takes fromĀ 1 to 48 hours. You will, however, be able to access your account’s control panel and FTP folder immediately after you sign up via an alternative domain name that we will provide you with. So, you can entirely set up your website and configure your account on our servers before reconfiguring your domain name to point from your existing host to us. As a result, there is no need for any interruption to either your email or connectivity to your website. We can help you with the transfer as well.
Yes, you can access your site both with and without the ‘www’. For example you can access your site at http://yourdomain.com or http://www.yourdomain.com.
